We were blessed with more terrific weather as we filled the day with tons of great experiences. NC staff commented on our kids' great attitude and stamina as they took on the week's longest hike. More "special interest" classes made me appreciate the wide array of interesting classes this place offers. The evening found students participating in an important and powerful experience: The Underground Railroad. We finished with many students coming together to share a marshmallow roast up at the Mother Ship.
Tomorrow promises even better weather. The highlight will be the always exciting "Predator and Prey" game.

Thanks so much! (but you need to get to bed at a decent hour tonight, Mr. Howard!)
The worries melt away when seeing the kids in action and hearing all the incredible activities they are able to participate in. Thank you again. Megan Covino

Fantastic pictures, Mr. Howard! Thanks for sharing. Owen told me before he left that he was "so excited for the best week of his life." It appears that Nature's Classroom did not disappoint! Are they ever going to want to come home? Have fun!

As I was giving out the morning meds and the bottles were getting lighter, I became sad-what a great group of children. They are sweet, kind to each other and frankly adorable! Good job parents, these kids are awesome and the week has been a pleasure.
